To support Army logistics resource management, the full-time PPBE Consultant with Clearance will conduct data analysis, perform verification and bill payer analysis, and facilitate communication with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with program guidance.Key responsibilitiesUtilize data from Army systems for analysis and create data displays, ensuring alignment with funding profilesPerform verification analysis and bill payer analysis to balance financial records and assess impacts on procurementAssist with quality control of central programming reviews and provide independent analysis of issues throughout the POM build processRequired qualificationsActive DoD Secret clearanceBachelor's Degree in business, public administration, management, economics, math, science, or engineering10 years of experience in Army logistics or funding, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of relevant work experienceExperience at senior levels within Army or DoD, such as HQDA or Army CommandsStrong skills in data analysis, MS Excel, and database management
