To support the U.S. Department of Energy, the full-time remote Federal Procurement Specialist will manage cradle-to-grave contract support, including planning, solicitation, negotiation, and administration of contracts and financial assistance agreements.Key responsibilitiesProvide business administration support and pre-procurement planningConduct analysis of procurement policies and procedures, including contract modifications and performance evaluationsDevelop and present terms and conditions for proposals and participate in contract negotiations and administrationRequired qualificationsMinimum of 10 years of Federal contracting experienceBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant disciplineAt least 5 years of Federal Grants experienceExpertise in various contract agreement types and contract administrationProficiency with Microsoft 365 products and relevant procurement systems
