To lead the rearchitecting efforts of existing monolithic systems to an Azure cloud-native architecture, the full-time Senior Kubernetes Subject Matter Expert will design, deploy, and maintain scalable applications using Kubernetes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a 100% remote role.Key responsibilities:Design, deploy, and maintain scalable and secure applications using Kubernetes (AKS) within AzureImplement and manage load balancing algorithms to ensure optimal performance and resource utilizationDevelop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate and replicate environments efficientlyRequired qualifications:Strong Kubernetes (K8S) development experience within large organizations requiredKubernetes on Azure cloud environment (AKS) is highly preferred7+ years of experience in rearchitecting large-scale monolithic applications to cloud-native architecturesExperience with load balancing algorithms and Terraform is a mustBachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering or a related field
