The officer will be responsible for maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring access points, and assisting in ensuring a safe and orderly environment during extended shifts.This position requires professionalism, strong situational awareness, and the ability to interact calmly with staff, visitors, and the public.Key Responsibilities* Monitor and control access to the assigned location* Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols* Observe, report, and document suspicious activity or safety concerns* Respond appropriately to incidents, alarms, and service requests* Provide assistance and direction to visitors as needed* Maintain accurate logs, reports, and shift documentation* Follow all company and client policies and proceduresQualifications* Previous security experience strongly preferred* Experience in a healthcare, medical, or similar environment preferred* Strong observation, communication, and customer service skills* Ability to remain alert and professional during 12-hour shifts* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision* Must be able to pass a background checkWork Environment* Professional, high-activity environment operating 24/7* Combination of stationary post assignments and walking patrols* Interaction with staff, visitors, and the general publicWhy Join Us* Competitive hourly pay* Consistent weekly schedule* Supportive management and training provided* Professional, safety-focused work environmentPA #188Education Requirements (All)HS DiplomaGED or H.S.
