Owning the end-to-end response to critical vulnerabilities, the full-time Lead Vulnerability Commander will engage engineering teams, track SLAs, and drive remediation efforts while working remotely.Key responsibilitiesManage critical vulnerability responses by coordinating fixes and driving them to closureBrief engineering teams on required fixes and track progress against SLAs, escalating risks as necessaryConduct retrospectives to identify systemic issues and improve processes and tooling in collaboration with stakeholdersRequired qualifications8+ years of experience in vulnerability management, incident response, or security operationsProven ability to coordinate cross-team remediation under tight deadlinesStrong understanding of vulnerability severity and exploitabilityExperience working directly with engineering teams to drive fixes to completionAbility to effectively communicate risk and status to leadership
