Position: Guard Shack

Location: Tacoma, WA

Pay: $20/hour

Experience:

1. 1 year of admin experience.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience in a guard shack role.

Type: Full-time; Temp to Perm

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Description:

1. Check in truck drivers at the gate.
2. Work with high-volume traffic, log information in the system, and assign gates for delivery.
3. Greet customers and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
4. Verify the contents of the inventory against documentation.
5. Operate various technology systems and enter data using a QWERTY keyboard.
6. Stock and locate inventory according to local standards.
7. Communicate via radio and with external parties as needed.
8. Enforce compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.

Position Requirements:

1. Strong m ulti-tasking skills.
2. Professional communication skills.h
3. Must be 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
4. Must have reliable transportation.
5. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
6. Must be able to stand for 8-10 hours a day.
