Ensure appropriate and accurate routing of calls.Dispatch emergency units and coordinate air medical flights as appropriate and per established algorithms.Maintain documentation of calls and physician/service referrals for legal, medical and statistical purposes.Follow up with referring entities for ease of access, marketing, evaluation, and quality improvement.What Minimum Requirements You'll NeedEducation: High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
