Dispatcher Schedule: M-F, Day shift Full-time, year-round workJoin Aksarben, part of American Residential Services (ARS), the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 team members and over 45 years of experience serving homeowners across the country.We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to coordinate scheduling and support our residential HVAC service technicians. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HVAC service dispatch, technician routing, and customer scheduling throughout the day.What We Offer Weekly pay via direct depositPaid training and onboardingInsurance available after 31 daysLow-cost medical (as low as $5/week)Dental, vision, HSA/FSA401(k) with company match13 days PTO + 8 paid holidaysCompany-paid life insuranceClean office environment with strong team cultureCareer growth opportunities within a national service networkResponsibilities As an HVAC Dispatcher, you will coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch operations for residential HVAC service technicians.Responsibilities include:Dispatch HVAC service technicians efficiently to meet customer appointment timesManage incoming service requests and schedule heating and air conditioning service callsCoordinate technician routing and job assignments to maximize efficiencyMonitor call flow through the HVAC service platform and dispatch systemCommunicate with technicians and customers to provide updates on HVAC service appointmentsSupport field teams throughout the day by adjusting schedules and resolving routing issuesMaintain accurate service scheduling and ensure technicians remain productive throughout the dayThis is a fast-paced, in-office dispatcher position supporting residential HVAC service operations.Qualifications What You Need:Prior experience in dispatch, scheduling, or call center environmentsExperience coordinating field service teams (HVAC or home services preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systemsFamiliarity with local geography to support technician routing and service schedulingMust report daily to the office (no remote work available)Flexibility to work assigned shifts and weekend rotations as neededMust pass background check and drug screening
