Service Dispatcher
Porsche White Plains is hiring a Service Dispatcher to join our team!
The Dispatcher plans and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs.

Responsibilities
- Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy.
- Assign work to the correct technician skill level
- Ensure that technicians follow warranty procedures
- Review hard copies turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been completed properly
- Ensure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection forms
- Complete a dispatch log daily and turn into Service Management at end of shift
- Maintain a record of carryover vehicles
- Coordinate parts requirements with the Parts Department
- Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Good organizational skills
- Good time management skills
- ADP/CDK CRM experience a plus
- Automotive knowledge/experience needed!
- Dealership Experience is required
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
