Clearance Required: Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI)Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Technical Advisor III to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) G-7 Directorate . This position provides senior-level technical leadership and strategic guidance for intelligence modernization, capability development, systems engineering, and enterprise transformation initiatives across the Army, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community (IC).The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior government leadership, helping shape modernization strategies, evaluate emerging technologies, and drive mission-critical capability development.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic technical guidance supporting INSCOM modernization and innovation initiatives.Advise senior government leadership on capability development, technology integration, and organizational transformation.Support strategic planning, Army modernization efforts, technology roadmaps, and capability assessments.Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions to address operational capability gaps.Develop executive briefings, white papers, technical assessments, and strategic planning documents.Support systems engineering, enterprise architecture, capability integration, and technology transition activities.Coordinate with Army, DoD, Intelligence Community, and industry partners on modernization programs.Support acquisition planning, technology demonstrations, and Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) initiatives.Contribute to Multi-Domain Operations (MDO), DOTmLPF-P analyses, and workforce modernization initiatives.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree with 20+ years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with 15+ years of relevant experience.Minimum 15 years of military or civilian intelligence experience.Minimum 10 years leading or advising intelligence modernization, innovation, or capability development programs.Experience in one or more intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, Counterintelligence (CI), OSINT, All-Source Intelligence, or Collection Management .Experience supporting Multi-Domain Operations (MDO) initiatives or organizational Data Literacy programs.Demonstrated experience working with senior government leaders and managing cross-functional stakeholder relationships.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting Army modernization, capability development, or experimentation programs.Knowledge of Systems Engineering, DoDAF, Enterprise Architecture, DoD Acquisition Processes, and Capability Integration .Experience leading executive planning sessions, technology assessments, and multi-agency modernization initiatives.Clearance RequirementsActive Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility (TS/SCI) .If you have a strong background in intelligence, systems engineering, modernization, and strategic advisory support within the DoD or Intelligence Community, we'd like to hear from you.#J-18808-Ljbffr
