Summary
The Operations Surveillance team supports Groton Operations by facilitating structured surveillances of in-process work, then analyzing this data, in order to provide leadership greater insight as to how work is being performed on the deckplate. By highlighting trends, identifying potential gaps, and promoting consistent surveillance advocacy, the team plays a key role in ensuring process adherence, learning and operational excellence.The Operations Surveillance Analyst will support the Groton Operations Surveillance Program. In this role, the candidate will contribute to projects involving the development of visual insights and solutions for tracking and trending qualitative and quantitative surveillance data. The candidate will also coordinate and facilitate in‑process surveillance activities ( targeted observations designed to assess process health and effectiveness ) for the Groton Operations management team.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited ToCreating information management tools and dashboards to track surveillance data.Provide support to discipline specific surveillance programs.Schedule, coordinate, and track surveillance activities.Maintain accurate and organized records of all surveillances.Mine data across various EB databases to support analysis and decision-making.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify surveillance focus areas and develop targeted observation plans.Compile surveillance results to generate meaningful insights.Support operations‑related projects, including actions driven by surveillance data.RequiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum (3) years working in a Quality, Operations, or Business Support function1+ years of project facilitation experience (please include experience on resume)PreferredBachelor's DegreeExperience analyzing, tracking and trending quality dataExperience performing in-process quality audits/surveillancesExperience in converting datasets into meaningful visualizations that support decision‑makingSkillsStrong written/verbal communication skills are requiredAbility to work independently and support newly developing programsHigh attention to detail and ability to demonstrate previous experience in performing at a high quality levelStrong organizational skillsAdvanced with Microsoft ExcelProficient with Microsoft Word and PowerPointExperience interfacing with all levels of management#J-18808-Ljbffr
