Description As Public School Construction Project Manager - Greenwich, CT, you will: Manage public school construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, and client communications. Coordinate with school districts, architects, consultants, and municipal stakeholders. Lead project meetings and ensure compliance with public bidding and project requirements. Review change orders, cost reports, contracts, and project forecasts. Work closely with field teams to maintain quality, safety, and schedule performance. Ensure projects are successfully delivered while minimizing disruptions to occupied school environments. Profile A successful Public School Construction Project Manager - Greenwich, CT candidate will have: 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor. Proven experience managing K-12 public school construction projects. Strong understanding of public sector construction procedures and documentation. Experience with renovations, additions, occupied facilities, and phased construction. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
