The
Innovation & Technology Department (ITD) is accepting applicationsfor experienced
Senior Dynamics 365 Architect/Developer* to architect and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This position will lead the effort to deploy county wide, turnkey, line of business solutions and integrations that adhere to industry standards and best practices.
Dynamics 365 Architects/Developers are experts at:
- Architecting and developing scalable, flexible business systems on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Integrating CRM with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, marketing automation, and customer support platforms.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to CRM solutions.
- Effectively communicating & collaborating with cross-functional teams, interacting with business stakeholders working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Establishing standards and defining best practices for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM deployments.

. Availability: Incumbents may occasionally work evening and weekend hours. Some overtime, on-call, or call back work may be required.

Minimum Requirements REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Four (4) years of full-time equivalent work experience in a production environment, within the past five (5) years, performing systems analysis, planning, and development for business application projects on the Dynamics 365 CRM.
Qualifying experience must include use of the following:
- Dynamics 365 CRM concepts & architecture
- Web Technologies (i.e., JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
- SQL Server
- Knowledge of data migration tools (i.e., KingswaySoft)
- CRM Development Tools (i.e., Dynamics 365 S-DK, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Azure Integration Services (i.e., Azure Functions, LogicApps, Azure Service Bus)
-AND- REQUIRED LEADERSHIP: Must include a minimum of one (1) year working as a lead architect/developer on Dynamics 365 projects using a modern systems development methodology.
-AND- REQUIRED EDUCATION: Thirty (30) semester (45 quarter) units of completed college level courses in programming, computer science, software engineering, or related field. A list of coursework must be submitted with the application if a Bachelor's degree has not been conferred.
Substitution: One (1) additional year of qualifying work experience may substitute for the education requirement. A bachelor's degre e in programming, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a closely related field may substitute for one (1) year of the qualifying non-lead experience.
Desired QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the following:
- A bachelor's degree in programming, computer science, software engineering, information systems, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Experience working with large information technology organizations with a strong understanding of CRM concepts and underlying architecture, involved with designing and developing cross-departmental solutions on Dynamics 365 with an established methodology to stay updated on the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developments and best practices.
