Job Summary Salary: $12.00 - $13.00 Hourly Join our dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding customer experiences at the Orlando Tennis Centre. As a valued team member, you'll engage with members and guests, handle phone inquiries, manage court reservations, and contribute to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Embrace a diverse range of tasks, including handling monetary transactions, monitoring inventory, and preparing daily reports.
WORK LOCATION: Orlando Tennis Centre, 649 W Livingston St, Orlando.
WORK SCHEDULE: Nights & Weekends. Hours will vary based on facility needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Manage court reservations and ensure a well-maintained facility.
- Handle various transactions, including cash, check, and credit card payments.
- Keep track of inventory and contribute to daily reporting.
- Collaborate with a supportive team in a supervised environment.
High school graduate plus one (1) year cashiering and customer service experience
required ; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Some knowledge of tennis is preferred. Florida driver license required. Must pass polygraph examination.
THIS IS A PART_TIME_POSITION WITH NO GUARENTEE OF A CERTAIN NUMBER OF HOURS AND NO BENEFITS. THIS POSITION INVOLVES WORKING ON A TEMP/SEASONAL CONTRACT WHICH CAN BE RENEWED ANNUALLY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND BUSINESS NEEED. If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
