THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
Reporting to the director of administrative services, the human resources manager administers, manages, and coordinates a variety of professional human resources functions including, but not limited to, benefits, recruitment and staffing, advising staff on policies and practices, facilitating resolution of employment-related disputes, and ensuring all activities are carried out in accordance to rules, regulations, laws, and mandates. This position requires a strong technical knowledge of all phases of human resources administration, strong public relations skills, and good computer skills. Direct reports include the human resources technician and human resources specialist.
