    Position: Clinical Social Worker

     

    Annual Salary Ranges:

    Telehealth/Headquarters/Onsite:

    • $94,008 – $123,132 – Licensed
    • $87,384 – $114,456 – Pre-Licensed

     

    Clinical Social Workers providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive:

    • $108,108 – $141,600 – Licensed
    • $100,488 – $131,628 – Pre-Licensed

     

    Recruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA and providing in-person care has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing at a 7% bonus by year 7.

     

    Work Locations:  Wide Variety of Geographic Settings including the Northern California Coast, San Francisco Bay Area, California Capitol, and Southern California

    In this role, you will:

    • Conduct assessments and summarize case information to use in diagnosis, treatment, and dispositional release
    • Diagnose and/or collaborate in the formulation of a diagnosis
    • Develop, monitor, and modify treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary treatment team
    • Provide assessments, group therapy, and collateral conferences
    • Document and evaluate patients’ progress in treatment
    • Coordinate placement with community resources for patients returning to their communities

     

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • California licensure (pre-licensed CSWs may be appointed, but will be required to obtain licensure)
    • Master's degree from an accredited school of social work, approved by the Council on Social Work Education
