Education and/or Equivalent Experience: - Graduation with a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in a field related to the job, plus three (3) of experience related to the job.
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification may substitute for two (2) years of experience.

Under general supervision, this position will serve as the Department Deputy Director’s high level support person. They will be knowledgeable of daily activities and deadlines of the office, responsible for providing routine data analysis and some project management functions. The Quality Consultant will provide quality assurance for all work that goes through the Deputy Director’s office, including all service request data: that work is being completed on-time and properly communicated within the databases that send information to residents.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities
