This position will be located at the Environmental Services Program, 2710 W. Main St., Jefferson City, MO 65109. General work hours are 8-5 Monday through Friday.
- Perform administrative duties for the Environmental Services Program, including but not limited to maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, finalizing program communications and reports, maintain the program’s archives and filing systems, and serve as the program’s intranet page coordinator.
- Serve as the program’s primary travel coordinator by assisting team members with travel arrangements such as hotel reservations, rental car agreements, booking flights, and booking attendance reservations.
- Prepare invoices for payments and resolve any issues that may arise, procure supplies and equipment, process purchasing card statements.
- Answer and respond to inquiries (phone, in-person, and written) in a professional, accurate and timely manner in accordance with agency and/or office policy and procedure. Ensure general public phone calls are transferred to the appropriate number, office, division, department, etc. for resolution.
- Serve on various program-wide committees such as Building Issues Coordination and the Environmental Services Program Safety Committee.
- Assist with special projects that cultivate the Environmental Services Program culture and build team connections; and organize employee recognition and appreciation activities.

Equivalent to those typically gained by:
- 3-5 years of office experience
