Job Location: This position conducts assessments virtually, and can be domiciled at any location throughout the State of MO. Eligible for remote and hybrid options. No on-call.

- Obtain certification to administer the Missouri Adaptive Abilities Scale (MAAS)
- Administer the MAAS virtually utilizing a video conferencing platform
- Assess individuals utilizing direct observation, interaction, and engagement skills
- Gather information from informants utilizing structured interviewing methods
- Score the MAAS protocol simultaneously during assessment administration
- Complete an average of four (4) assessments per work day and/or twenty (20) assessments per work week
- Coordinate and communicate with various professionals and persons involved with the individual’s eligibility determination and/or service planning
- Schedule and/or reschedule assessments utilizing an online scheduling solution
- Input assessment data into multiple sources, systems, and platforms
- Attend trainings, meetings, and other events virtually and/or in-person, as requested (minimal State-wide travel necessary)
Typical Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree
- Valid MO Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s degree in a human services field
- Experience administering standardized assessments, determining programmatic eligibility, conducting structured interviews, and experience with Medicaid-funded Home and Community Based Services, or other public assistance benefits.
