Position Description
Performs coordinative work in the business or administrative operation of a specific department or college. Responsibilities involve the coordination and supervision of the various functions and aspects of a department as well as the monitoring operational procedures. Work is performed under general supervision with evaluation based on results obtained. May supervise staff or student assistants.
Major/Essential Functions- Regularly updates all employee time sheets, including time accrued, used, and current balances.
- Requests, consolidates, and processes all time keeping information for exempt, non-exempt, part-time, and contract employees.
- Establishes and maintains files.
- Collects, screens, and schedules all job applications for interviews. Send hiring packet to Lubbock HR.
- Ensures all E-PAF's are accurately completed for review and timely submission.
- Schedules facility New Employee Orientation and properly maintains necessary training documentation
- Responds to request in a timely manner as required.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, directing management functions for the unit.
- Supports the goal of the unit by attending meetings and sharing the information with the staff in regular staff meeting.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree plus two (2) years related experience; OR a combination of education and/or progressively responsible related experience to equal six (6) years.
