We’re hiring an
Enhanced Treatment & Site Upgrade (ETSU) Assistant Program Manager to help lead the development of our Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant. This is a fully benefited, limited-duration role (7-8 years).
Examples of DutiesWhat You’ll Do:- Manage projects within the ETSU Program from design to completion.
- Plan, assign and review the work of staff.
- Train, motivate, evaluate and mentor staff in carrying out their responsibilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and public agencies.
- Oversee project planning, budgets, schedules, and safety compliance.
- Serve as project or construction manager as needed.

QualificationsWhat You’ll Need:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- 3+ years of capital improvements project management, ideally in water/wastewater.
- Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment processes and environmental regulations.
- Prior experience in managing, supervising or directing the work of environmental professionals is highly desirable.
- California Professional Engineer (Civil or Mechanical) registration required.
