Job Description
Minimum Qualifications - Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Math, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field ( Can substitute for an Associate’s degree with Extensive experience (4+ years), with critical training completions, relevant course completions, and pertinent certifications ).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reporting, and/or management of data.
- Technologically advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PPT, Word, Access, etc.), Visio, PowerBI, and SharePoint.
Nice to Have - Noted as a Plus:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or a technology-related field. Degrees in other relevant areas are welcomed.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Extensive knowledge of software systems such as Rubicon, AssetWorks, Maximo, ServiceNow, PowerBI, Hansen, Accela, and enQuesta.
Licensures and Certifications Desired but Not Required:
- Six Sigma
- Project Management

Essential Capabilities and Work Environment:
This hybrid work position is considered essential and may occasionally require the incumbent to work outside of normal operating hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as during inclement weather or times when the city would otherwise be closed.
