    General Description and Classification Standards
    Under general supervision, the Police Marketing Specialist will develop social media accounts, implements manage, track, and optimizes the digital media strategies for the Atlanta Police Recruiting Unit. By combining the Recruiting Unit's hiring objectives and utilizing online strategies, this position also handles the day to day activities of recruiting, including research, scope development (determining and documenting a list of specific project goals, tasks, costs, and deadlines)

    Minimum Qualifications

    Education and Experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, or equivalent in a related field.
    • Two years of related experience in marketing social media strategies

    Preferred Education & Experience
    • 2 years of high volume recruiting experience

    Licensures and Certifications

    None required.
