About University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB (This is not a state position) University Enterprises Corporation at CSUSB ("UEC") supports the university's educational mission by providing quality services that complement the instructional program. The University depends upon UEC to provide services that cannot be supported with state funds. We’re responsible for business enterprises on campus including, but not limited to, dining, bookstore, convenience store, and vending services. We also serve as the grantee for federal, state, and local funding for research and sponsored projects.
Position Summary Temporary, Full Time, Non Exempt, Benefited position through 9/30/2029 (Appointment may be renewed annually based upon availability of funds, availability of work and satisfactory job performance).
Salary: $5,200.00-$5,852.66 per month.
Location: CSUSB Campus
Work Schedule 40 hours per week. Typically 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday. Some night and weekend work may be required.

Typical Activities Under minimal supervision of the Project Director, CIPAHP, the Project Coordinator will work independently to:
- Budget, Hiring, Coordination, Communication.
- Manage the CIPAHP budget and hiring processes
- Coordination of the summer bridge program and professional learning communities.
- Work with the evaluation team to ensure all evaluation records are maintained.
- Support the HPAC advisor, The Career Center and the mentoring program.
- Support with data collection and completion of all reports in accordance with date collection
- and completion of all reports in accordance with funding agency requirement.
- Ensures all project records are accurately maintained, reported, and organized.
- Occasional travel in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties may be required.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications - Education:
- Experience:
- Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience working in an administrative assistant.
- Other:
- Applicants must have strong organizational, management, leadership, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Applicants must have the ability to analyze problems and resolve conflicts.
- Ability to establish rapport and positive working relationships with community partners, campus departments, faculty members, administrators, teachers, counselors, outreach staff, and students.
- Knowledge and proficiency in implementing and delivering services through hybrid formats (Zoom, Learning Management Systems, etc.).
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
- Special Requirements:
- Must complete Mandated Reporting, Working with Minors, FERPA, Defensive Driving, and other trainings deemed appropriate to the role within 30 days of hire.
Preferred Qualifications - Demonstrated success in project management.
- Familiarity with PeopleSoft or similar software.
