This position is with the Office of Administration, Information Technology Services Division (OA-ITSD) supporting the State Data Center (SDC).

- Process requests to create, modify, and delete Active Directory accounts.
- Process requests to modify and remove access to applications and resources in the States network using group memberships.
- Process requests to create, modify, and delete e-mail accounts, resources, contacts, and distribution groups through the Exchange management console.
- Create and maintain documentation for assigned areas.
- Assist other teams with troubleshooting user issues.
- Ensure standardization, compliance, and enforcement of policies and daily operating procedures.
- Knowledge and experience with Windows desktop operating systems.
- Knowledge and experience with Active Directory and Exchange management consoles.
- Working knowledge of PowerShell and the ability to learn new operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of personnel.
- Knowledge of computer/network systems infrastructure requirements and standards.
- Ability to learn and grow Active Directory and Exchange environments troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to train and mentor team members
- The ability to address multiple tasks on a daily basis and possession of strong troubleshooting skills are key.
- Successful background check results are required for employment in this position. This may include background checks involving a candidate’s name and/or fingerprints and other screenings as needed for the specific position.
