Job Summary Salary: $31.59 - 40.285 Hourly Performs professional work designing and leading a portfolio of work to examine the effectiveness of the current service array with an emphasis on mapping the juvenile justice system across Central Florida from arrest to discharge. Responsibilities include facilitating the review of processes and outcome measures across the Alternatives to Youth Incarceration Project. Work is performed under the direction of the Children, Youth, and Families Assistant Division Manager, and work is reviewed through meetings, reports submitted, and results obtained.
Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, Mathematics, Public Policy, Sociology, Urban Studies, or another behavioral health or social science field and two (2) years of experience in evaluation work in the field of children and youth services, plus two (2) years of experience in gathering, compiling, analyzing data, and preparing narrative or statistical reports
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. A valid Florida Driver's License is
required.
This is a full-time CONTRACT position with the same benefits as Regular full-time. Most contracts are renewable for terms of one year.
