Community Health Worker on the Health Promotion & Chronic Disease Prevention team!
The successful candidate will provide interpretation and administrative support to the Breast and Cervical Cancer Control Program (BCCCP). This position will be part of an inter-disciplinary team with other clinic staff, and outreach/educational staff.
This role will be responsible for the following:
- Administrative responsibilities
- Scheduling appointments and answering phones, filing document organizing educational and promotional materials
- Interpretation to be provided during clinic appointments and mobile mammography visits
- Coordinating logistics and schedule for the monthly mobile visit and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted
- Schedule Spanish speaking clients for mobile and clinic appointments
- Accessing the EMR and assisting with data collection
- Work as part of an inter-disciplinary team with other clinic staff, and outreach/educational staff
**Works hours are typically Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:15pm but schedule may vary

The Basics (Required Education and Experience) - High school diploma or GED
