The Family Support Division (FSD), Office of Workforce and Community Initiatives (OWCI) is seeking candidates to fill a Program Assistant position located in Cole County based at 3705 MO Blvd., Jefferson City, MO.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage training inbox;
- Schedule in person and virtual classes;
- Update OWCI Webpage as directed;
- Create online surveys, reviews, and knowledge checks;
- Assist Training unit keeping updates on program policies and procedures;
- Help in the review in training materials;
- Assist Program staff as needed.
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 15 earned credit hours in one or a combination of the following: Public or Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology, Information Technology or a closely related field.
ORFour or more years of administrative support in social work, case management, staff training, information technology or closely related areas, including two or more years in a supervisory or semi- technical capacity (at or above the level of a Administrative Support Assistant, Account Clerk II, Customer Support Technician or Customer Service Representative);
and possession of a high school diploma or proof of high school equivalency.
Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
