- Supervise 2-4 staff in the customer support team
- Process badge applications for new and replacement id badges
- Administer badge and building security access; maintain quarterly reports
- Liaison between DHSS and OA FMDC badge office
- Process department invoices
- Order, Track, and pay invoices for BGS and Admin Supplies
- Compute accounting splits on UPS billings
- Back-up for overflow calls and receptionist duties
Minimum Qualifications: - High School Diploma
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Exceptional customer service
- Desire to work in team atmosphere
