Job Summary
Performs professional-level work involving administration, coordination, and implementation of community redevelopment projects for the City of Orlando's Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). Leads cross-functional teams, including but not limited to City of Orlando staff from various departments, consultants, and contractors. Projects vary significantly in scope, size, and focus. Work is reviewed regularly for the achievement of planned objectives.
Minimum Qualifications:
URBAN PLANNING: Bachelor's Degree in Planning, Urban Studies, Economics, Business Administration, or related field and four (4) years of progressively responsible experience handling complex community redevelopment or development projects in challenged communities; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
