    Responsibilities

    Specifically, this position:
    • Operating electrical and gas-powered tools to support various tasks.
    • Assisting with plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, masonry, farm and ranch operations, natural resource restoration, and other skilled trades.
    • Collaborating with heavy equipment operators to complete projects efficiently.
    • Operating heavy equipment such as tractors, skid-steers, bobcats, backhoes, and trucks with trailers.
    • Taking on additional duties as needed to ensure job performance and project success.

    What we're looking for:
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and long distances over rough terrain.
    • Strength to push, pull, and lift heavy objects as needed.
    • Proficiency in operating and maintaining groundskeeping equipment, including mowers and string trimmers.
    • Clear and concise communication skills, both verbal and written.
    • Capability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
    • A friendly and welcoming demeanor to greet and assist a wide variety of park visitors, ensuring effective communication with diverse individuals and groups.
    • Strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, agency representatives, and community members.
    • Experience in ranch and agricultural operations is highly valued.
