Job Summary Responsible for the operational and administrative supervision of City of Orlando-owned and operated parking facilities and surface lots. Coordinates parking for events at the KIA Center and other Downtown Orlando venues. Trains staff, ensures appropriate daily staffing levels are met, and assists with special parking projects. Responds to service calls. Maintains data, reports, and schedules. Performs other duties as assigned. Work is performed under the administrative direction of the Parking Facilities Supervisor and reviewed for results obtained through reports and conferences.
Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree and six (6) months related experience in parking, transportation, hospitality, operations, customer service, public service, or event coordination (public or private)
required; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Valid Florida Driver's License
required.
Must pass polygraph examination. Some supervisory experience preferred. Parking Enforcement Specialist Certification preferred or
must be obtained within 180 days of hire date, with coordination and at the City of Orlando's expense.

If this posting indicates a degree is required, the following experience will apply in lieu of any degree as follows:
- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
