To provide complex systems support and administration for the Agency's core enterprise cloud application - Yardi Voyager. Secondarily, will provide application level support to the Agency's core financial application - Finance Enterprise on an as needed basis. Will provide other application support as needed and assigned.
Essential Areas of ResponsibilityUser Support/Application Support • Respond to user requests for assistance, including report generation, data extracts, troubleshooting, problem analysis, requirement gathering and training
• Analyze, detect, identify and correct technical problems and deficiencies
• Assist departments with their information processing needs
• Assist with help desk issues related to the supported software
• Provide coordination between outside vendors and Agency staff
• Track problem reports and follow through to resolution
• Provide user procedures and documentation
• Maintain and support appropriate departmental applications such as housing management software (e.g. Yardi products) and finance software (e.g. Finance Enterprise products).
• Resolution of technical issues through debugging, research and investigation, managing incidents and requests.
• Customize Yardi Voyager fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, workflow rules, reports, and dashboards
• Act as the primary point of contact for Yardi users and work to resolve Tier 2 issues
• Assist in training new users, and grow the Yardi skill set across the organization
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Yardi ticket submission and escalation, testing new features and approving deployment to production
• Assists with Disaster Recovery/Business Recovery Planning & Testing
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
Education & Experience- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- 5 years' Enterprise Application Level Support
- Public Housing industry experience is a plus
- Ability to learn and master employer-specific software
- Complex problem solving
- Written and verbal communication skills to excel in documentation and training responsibilities
- Ability to diagnose & address application issues
- Proficient in Microsoft SQL and Excel, with a strong understanding of database schemas and structures
