Job Summary Salary: $34.60-$44.11 NATURE OF WORK:
Performs professional, technical, and administrative work related to managing technical systems. The Cloud Email Administrator role is to manage systems and related components to achieve high availability and performance of the various business communication applications supported. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure email provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with city goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. Work includes assigning job priorities and ensuring production standards are met. An employee in this position would require considerable judgment and discretion in establishing work standards, priorities, and efficiencies. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Information Security and Compliance Manager and performance is reviewed through conferences, system status reports and achievement of goals and objectives.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Programming, Computer Science, or related field and four (4) or more years IT experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Certification in Email administration preferred. Must pass police background investigation.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
