What you will do: - Assist with creating and designing instructional training materials for in-person and virtual sessions.
- Train department team members on various topics in-person and through virtual platforms.
- A ssist with identifying training needs and research on various training topics.
- Maintain and update training records in a learning management system, use interactive gamification platforms, and use Microsoft products for training.
- Assist with managing mandatory training attendance for new hires.
- Assist with scheduling and planning monthly training sessions.
- Assist with assessing training effectiveness.
- Distribute surveys, create reports, and provide outcomes to management for review.
- S tay abreast of professional development trends.
- Engage and coach team members about professional development to increase job performance.
All you need for success: Qualifications - 5 years of relevant work experience OR a bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant work experience.

Desired Attributes - Knowledge of the methods of instruction, preparation of training materials, and principles of personnel development.
- Knowledge of various training tools.
- Ability to lead discussions and instruct participants.
- Experience in presentations and creating slide decks.
- Ability to operate audio-visual aids and other equipment used in training.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of various communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Webex, and Zoom.
- Flexibility and strong interpersonal skills.
- Shows initiative to enhance organizational goals.
- Experience with conducting assessments to determine if improvements are needed.
