The Family Support Division (FSD), Child Support Policy Unit is seeking candidates to fill a Program Specialist position. This position will be based in Cole County, located at 615 Howerton Court, Jefferson City, MO.
This position will perform the following duties, but not limited to;
- Assist DLS Attorney staff in preparing, implementing, and monitoring procedures;
- Assist DLS Attorney in preparing all legal related issues;
- Assist in completing, preparing and editing legal related documents;
- Research, review and analyze federal and state legislation and the effect on FSD Program/ Operations;
- Assist in the organization, design, and development of child support procedures and associated plans based upon collected data, research findings, and outlines developed by management;
- Implement process changes from policy to system changes and manage the necessary logistics;
- Assist managers and supervisor with legal issues;
- Serve as a liaison between DLS staff and central office;

- Complete any other assigned tasks as necessary for continued or improved.
Bachelor’s degree and 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
