    The Position

    $251,379.60 - $286,685.28 Annually

    Contra Costa Health is an integrated health care system with 9 Ambulatory (primary care and specialty care) Clinics located throughout the county. We are looking for primary care physicians (Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatrics) who will provide patient-centered quality medical services to our diverse patient population.

    Contra Costa County is in the San Francisco Bay Area where you can enjoy the fun and exciting activities in Northern CA. Contra Costa County is a friendly community with modern neighborhoods, excellent schools, golf courses, scenic parks, and hiking/biking trails. We are also just a short commute to Berkeley, Oakland or San Francisco, and are located close to other Northern California destinations including Napa Valley, Lake Tahoe, Muir Woods, Big Sur and Yosemite.

    We offer:
    • Opportunity to be involved in resident teaching with our nationally recognized Family Medicine Residency Program
    • Comprehensive compensation package including 3.5 weeks of vacation which increases to 6 weeks after 6 years, 1 week of paid CME, 11 paid holidays annually, 12 paid sick days annually, pension with additional 457B contribution amount

    • EPIC medical record system which is used across health centers and hospital for integrated care delivery

    Physician Qualifications:
    • Medical Degree from an accredited university
    • California State License
    • Board Certified or Board Eligible
