    Provide assistance to Sr. Management Analyst II (SMAIl) with Fiscal Year budget review and preparation for Van Nuys Airport (VNY) sections. Act as backup SAP goods receiver and overall SAP subject matter expert. Assist with asset management for VNY. Work with Management Assistant in Maintenance section on budget management.

    Assists the hiring process with reviews of hiring packets, acts as secondary hiring portal coordinator, and may be asked to sit on interview panels. Act as backup payroll approver. As training coordinator, will inform staff of trainings made available by HR and facilitate signups.

    Provide assistance to SMAll with preparation of contracts. Assist fuel permit program administrator with program.

    Conduct Administrative research for contracts, budgets, assets, etc. Act as backup authorized signer for badging process for all VNY employees.
