Job Summary Salary: $20.28 - 25.86 Job Description: Under general direction, supports several division managers or higher-level managers by providing highly responsible and varied secretarial and administrative support work. Duties may include file organization and records management, investment-related and fiscal work; contract monitoring; research; coordinating projects to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet deadlines; personnel transactions; travel, training, and meeting arrangements; prioritizing correspondence, mail, and calls; preparing and/or compiling reports and correspondence for self or manager’s signature; manages office workflow by coordinating various office functions, managing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and handling sensitive information with discretion, recording meetings and compiling minutes; and handling inquiries. Works independently in completing several administrative projects/processes. May be required to occasionally work, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Alternatively, may be occasionally required to work beyond the normally scheduledhours.
Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma/G.E.D. Certificate and four (4) years progressively responsible secretarial and administrative experience, including office management and the use of advanced computer skills and software such as Microsoft Word, and Excel; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Familiarity with real estate terms and transaction and/or investment management is helpful. Should have excellent communication skills, including both written and verbal and must be very organized. Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning System, (“ERP”) or computerized budgeting or accounting system is preferred. Must be able to multi-task, take directions from multiple individuals, and independently prioritize work effectively. May be required to pass a background check which includes a polygraph depending on the area of assignment. May be required to demonstrate typing, and Microsoft software proficiency, depending on the area of assignment. May be required to become a Public Notary.

- Two (2) years of direct experience for an associate degree;
- Four (4) years of direct experience for a bachelor's degree;
- Six (6) years of direct experience for a master's degree; or
- Nine (9) years of direct experience for a doctoral degree.
