Position Overview:This position is responsible for the oversight of the Human Resources Information Systems ( HRIS ) Division of the City of Austin. It specifically oversees the Human Resources Management Systems ( HRMS ) and Application Development. The position is also responsible for the oversight of Human Capital Management Projects. The City is in the process of implementing Workday, and Workday implementation experience is preferred.

$52.25 - $67.93

Monday to Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Telework opportunities may be available following the completion of the initial training period. Hybrid schedules are subject to change based on departmental business needs. Work hours may vary depending on business requirements.
