    General Services Department,Custodial Services Division, is seeking a Management Assistant who will be responsible for overall administrative functions of a large diverse operations division. Tasks and projects include but are not limited to:
    • Handling of RFPs (writing, issuing and negotiating), contracts and contract administration
    • Assisting in budget preparation
    • Assist in procurement processes, including research of products and obtaining quotes as necessary, system input / approvals, etc.
    • Oversee or assist some personnel issues
    o Hiring of entry level workers
    o Conducting investigations of incidents
    o May require site visits to buildings
    o Responsible for compiling statements and investigative materials and writing follow up requests
    • Compiling and analyzing statistical data for performance metrics
    • Shall work with custodial districts on issues, operational changes, training, etc.
    • Meetings - Various, attend and take minutes
    • May do other work for training purposes or to meet technological changes or emergencies
