- Provide overall planning, coordination, and oversight of all activities for assigned projects.
- Lead projects through the entire Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Exercise independence, and judgment, and take initiative in leading projects.

- Work effectively with agency staff, business analysts, and developers to complete projects on time and within budget.

Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
