The ideal candidate will bring expertise in historic district preservation, Unified Development Code (UDC) implementation, and affordable housing programs. Familiarity with permitting systems such as MyGovernmentOnline (MGO) is a plus.

The City of Fredericksburg offers a competitive salary targeted at +\- $160,000, dependent on experience and qualifications.
