Fulton State Hospital is seeking a Research/Data Analyst. This position is responsible for the management and coordination of research/data services at FSH. This position works as the Research Department Manager and Social Learning Program (SLP) Observational Assessment System Coordinator.
Duties include, but are not limited to: direct supervision of a Supervising Behavioral Technician (Observer Supervisor) for the SLP Observational Assessment System; maintaining data collection and databases for various ongoing research projects; implementing various techniques to achieve data collection goals using methods such as electronic scanning recognition software (TeleForm), on-line survey systems (Lime Survey), and standard paper survey methods; data analysis and presentation as assigned; promoting a positive professional work environment; coordinating successful office functions, such as timekeeping, regular team meetings, production, and presentation of timely reports; and setting priorities.
Minimum Qualifications: - 2-4 years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications: - Data collection, entry, and report presentation experience
- Experience using Excel, Access, and Word
- High level of organization/attention to detail skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
