What you’ll do: - Assist in ensuring the statutory requirements of 192.083 RSMo are met.
- Support planning and facilitating projects from start to finish.
- Use data-driven assessment to identify population health disparities and assist with outreach, community activities, and innovative programming.
- Use relevant public health data, personal lived experience, and the experience of others to help DHSS positively impact minority health and promote health equity.
- Assist with other duties and special projects or events as needed or assigned.
All you need for success: Minimum Qualifications - 1-3 years of relevant experience. (Substitutions may be allowed.)
- The ideal person for this position will possess strong critical thinking skills, interpersonal skills, a high level of commitment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be detailed-oriented.
- Experience working with social and media and public health data.
- Proficiency in computer operations, including the ability to use Excel, Outlook, Word, and Web-based programs.
