Available shifts: First Shift: Mon - Friday: 4:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m.
Second Shift: Mon - Friday: 4:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Third Shift: Sunday: 12:00 p.m. (noon) - 5:00 p.m.

- Assist with State motor pool dispatching:
- Monitor State motor pool reservations dashboard:
- Vehicles to be dispatched.
- Vehicles to be returned.
- Print trip tickets for approved reservations.
- Dispatch vehicle when driver arrives:
- Verify driver name, hand out vehicle packet including key and fuel card.
- Check-in returning vehicle:
- Verify packet returned including keys and fuel card.
- Record ending mileage, return date/time.
- Record driver comments/feedback to indicate need to clean and/or service the vehicle.
- Inform the State motor pool coordinator of any customer concerns or inquiries.
Minimum Qualifications: - Basic computer knowledge.
- Be able to work independently under general direction.
