The Transportation and Public Works Office of Performance Management ( TPW OPM ) is seeking a qualified candidate to support a range of organizational development, data analysis, strategic planning, and innovation initiatives.
The Role:This position is part of the Office of Performance Management, a team of internal consultants that deliver strategy, innovation, and data analytics services for TPW .
This position will provide flexible support across multiple areas within the Office of Performance Management. The role will involve a mix of administrative tasks such as division development, training, and project planning; supporting innovation and strategic planning projects and initiatives; and contributing to business intelligence and data analysis efforts. The balance of responsibilities may shift based on team priorities and organizational needs.

Duties, Functions and Responsibilities

2. Develops and maintains databases to support data analysis and research findings for business projects.
3. Assists in preparation of recommendations for implementation of new or revised policies, procedures, and/or process changes/improvements.
4. Write reports that summarize findings, data collection techniques, implementation options, etc.
5. Establishes project schedules using project planning software/tools, updates and maintains project status reports. Communicate project/process status.
6. Conduct research, analyze trends, determine accuracy and relevancy of data/information, and use sounds judgment to evaluate alternatives.
7. Facilitates and documents meetings, action items, and processes using flowcharting methodologies.
8. Maintains positive working relationships with managers, supervisors, employees and other stakeholders to gain their cooperation and support.
