What you will do: - P rovide customer service through telephone calls and written correspondence.
- Process appeals within set timelines.
- Work with legal counsel on case management.
- Draft correspondence.
- Proofread, issue, and maintain Commission decisions.
- Communicate with various Divisions on related matters.
All you need for success:Qualifications - 3 years of experience in workers' compensation or unemployment
Desired Attributes - Understanding of the workers’ compensation, tort victims, or unemployment compensation
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Experience with the UInteract System or Work Comp Connect (WCC)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
