- Manages, maintains, and organizes database files and contracts.
- Compiles processes, and completes final reports for two data reports (VA-3 & VA-5) from local education agencies with AFNR programs and works with instructors to collect missing data.
- Receives, logs, sorts, and distributes section’s mail and supervises the dispatch of outgoing mail.
- Maintains roster, computer-based accounting system, and accounts receivable and payable, makes deposits, and reconciles bank statements for Missouri Young Farmers/Young Farm Wives organization.
- Provides assistance as needed with various conference logistics, on-site registrations, dissemination of materials, preparing agendas/meeting minutes, and taking follow-up action .
- Manages reservation system for six (6) weeks of Missouri FFA Summer Camp and Area Officer Institute, HYMAX, and HYPE which includes the coordination of scheduling reservations and correspondence with students and teachers.
- Provides support for FFA including membership/roster system, balancing membership accounts, all levels of reporting (regional, state, and national), statewide competitive events and award applications, FFA Degree applications, data management, and other support functions.
- Provides technical support to stakeholder inquiries via email and phone, which includes serving on the Front-Line team by answering general phone calls to the Department.
- Works with director and supervisors to communicate approved materials to the profession.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate regular, reliable, and engaged attendance.
Minimum Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in progressively responsible administrative assistant duties.
