    We are recruiting to fill a Human Resources Management Analyst II position to perform mid-level management work in the Human Resource Department to ensure human resources management functions are delivered and applied consistently and in a timely manner.

    • Maintain employee, payroll and leave records in the state-wide payroll system.
    • Provide guidance in response to inquires on payroll, policies, and employee benefits, and other human resources related issues.
    • Assist with providing Human Resources related training to staff by compiling content and developing and delivering presentations. Training assignments will be judiciary wide and occasional travel to courts around the State of Missouri will be required.
    • Process and track specialized programs.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.


    Minimum qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study and 1 year of professional experience in a related field

    Additional experience above the minimum stated may be substituted on a year for year basis for the required education.

    Preferred qualifications

    • Knowledge of the SAM II - HR system
    • General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and rules and regulations as applied to human resources.
    • Ability to present in front of small to large groups.
    • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a tactful and courteous manner.
    • Ability to process work with outstanding attention to detail and analytical skills.
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
